Our Mission
Truckee Dance Factory (TDF) Booster Club is a is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization providing scholarships for dance students to ensure their continuous journey of artistic growth and learning.
Who We Benefit
The scholarship program primarily benefits Truckee Dance Factory dance students of all ages who exhibit exceptional talent and a genuine commitment to their craft. The organization aims to assist individuals who might otherwise face barriers to accessing quality dance education.
Our Story
In 2017, fueled by a love for dance and a desire to ensure every Truckee-Tahoe student could experience its magic, parents of a young dancer founded the Truckee Dance Factory Booster Club.

Armed with the first-hand experience of managing significant expenses for their dancer, including tuition, attire, accessories, competition fees, and travel costs - and motivated by the belief that dance should be accessible to all, regardless of financial constraints, these dedicated parents established a robust scholarship program.
Their goal was simple: no child with a passion for dance should be denied the opportunity to explore, learn, and grow through the art of movement. From the very first scholarship awarded to a wide-eyed young dancer, the vision of the founders has blossomed into a community-driven initiative.
